The best opportunity for a Waste Treatment Plant Compatible with Local Sanitation and Power Supply requirements for Urban areas.

For any major city, or urban center, those proposed wastes to power conversion plants will generate and provide some obvious economic benefits, to name a few:
  • The power plant will produce permanent and temporary employment, during the construction and operation periods.
  • Provide economic solution to the ever increasing municipal, industrial and especially medical waste discharge needs, jointly with the production of substantial electric power, necessary for the city and the region development, all at the rate comparable to the present real cost of energy production.
  • The creation of nucleus of economic activities around power source which is essential for any economic development.
  • Reduce the country, in question, dependency on one or two sources of energy, and simultaneously increase the value added of the domestic or regional agricultural, food processing and other industries. This by using solely agricultural and urban wastes (wood chips, etc.)
  • Minimizing waste dumping problems and costs by the use of incinerating residual (ashes) for the production of cement construction block. This process is accomplished by a small concrete plant provided with each unit or battery of units. The size and production capacity of each provided concrete plant commensurate with the plant ash production.
  • Generation of income and tax revenues.
The proposed waste to power plants' construction duration time is relatively very short, given that plant components are "off shelves" products, and available for immediate shipment, and on site assembly.

Energy Balance

To compare the real costs of the Municipal Wastes' treatments and the cost of the electricity produced, it is important to note that the 'MSW' units burn any solid waste of any composition. Nevertheless, as far as energy conversion efficiency is concerned, wastes (Municipal or other) of less than 50% combustible components will not supply the amount of BTU's required, and therefore will debilitate the economic aspect of the energy conversion process, and its technical efficiency.

Performance indicators and norms are kept, and conformed to the American EPA standards, and regulations, throughout the plant operation and life span.

Due to the complexity of our projects, and the unique Economical and Financial differences of each project, we request you contact us for more detailed information, and so we can send you a package explaining the systems and previous Certifications and Environmental Reports. Included in the package are more details of the Plant;s description.
